• CAFE Membership is open to anyone who wishes to become a member of our club.
  
  
• Yearly membership fees run $10 per individual or $15 per family.
  
  
• The CAFE membership year runs January through December. Membership renewal begins November of the current calendar year (anyone joining November or later will be considered a member for the following calendar year. You will also receive membership benefits for the remainder of the current year).


• Anyone who joins in the middle of a membership year will still have all membership benefits including access to past newsletters.

How do I join CAFE?

Becoming a member is easy and can be done any of the following ways:

• You can join in person at any club meeting or auction.
• You can print out our Membership Form in .pdf format and mail it along with a check or money order to:

There are many reasons to become a member of CAFE:

• CAFE members get the opportunity to participate in "Members Only" activities (including the summer BBQ, the Christmas banquet and other non-food-related activities which may include aquarium shop group trips, club member fish room tours and other group outings).



• Members receive six issues of our newsletter, "CAFE Menu," every year. It contains interesting and informative articles on a variety of aquatic topics, club news, and more.



• Each new membership also allows CAFE to grow and expand. Weekend-long workshops featuring world-famous guest speakers have been held in past years. Future events will include CAFE-sponsored swap meets (the first one is scheduled for March 2008) and more workshops. As our auctions and meetings continue to grow, we will also need to invest in larger venues for them.



• Members should also look forward to expanding benefits in the future (possibly including a "Members Only" area of the website and exclusive "Members Only" coupons for local fish shops, such as our first ever CAFE Club Day being held January 19, 2008).



• Finally, a CAFE membership helps support CAFE and guarantees that we'll be here tomorrow to continue to support and promote the fish-keeping hobby.  Club meetings, auctions and even our website and forum would not be able to function without the help and support of our members.
