To mail-in your registration, please print out this form (it is in .pdf format) and return to the address listed on the form.
Registration cut-off dates are as follows:
Mail-in registration must be post marked no later than Tuesday, June 10.
Paypal registration must be received by Thursday, June 19, 11:59pm.

Don't Forget:
- Tables are first come, first served. Due to the delay of mail-in registration, we strongly recommend registering via PayPal to ensure table availability.
- Seller set-up begins at 9am. The Swap runs from 11am-3pm.
- For a complete rundown of the rules, visit the Swap Meet Page.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - Please be sure your contact information is up-to-date and accurate (if you already have a PayPal account, please be sure it is still up-to-date). We do require a "shipping address" in the event we need to contact you via mail.
- After successfully paying, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and sent a receipt of your transaction from PayPal.
